Today is my anniversary! Hal and I have been married for 3 years. To celebrate, we went to a local restaurant and ate entirely too much food. Hal and Layla are currently snoozing on the couch. I'm in my pj's getting ready to do homework. (Boring, I know, but a nice night in all!)

Because I'm a treasure trove of random knowledge, I thought I'd let you know that the traditional gift for a 3rd anniversary is leather. Because nothing says romance like dead cow.
The modern gift is crystal, which is much sparklier and shinier than dead cow.
BTW, you're a gorgeous bride! Your dress looks amazing!
